Christopher Hefley

I have had some form of advanced technology in my life as far as I can remember. I grew up with computer components all around me, so it is second nature for me to troubleshoot and repair broken computers and software. I have over 25 years of real world experience developing small business networks and maintaining them. In my time in this industry I have maintained one general philosophy, “A job isn’t done until my customer has the result they are looking for.” Understanding a customers needs and being able to assess existing equipment for potential issues in the future are key components that I focus on.

A large portion of my previous technical experience has been acquired in the medical and dental industries. With over 15 years experience in these sectors, I have had extensive experience with Dentrix, Dexis, Eaglesoft, Practiceworks, Softdent, Orthotrac, WinOMS, VixWin, Apteryx, Dentimax, OpenDental, Invivo, and many other specialized applications.
